Jay Feather Micro Front Cap

After a few boondocking trips and some rough roads I have noticed a couple areas where my trailer appears to be "wiggling" and coming loose. Its right at the bottom of the front cap or bottom of the "rock" guard metal. What is the best way to get that sealed back up tight and what type of sealant do they use for this, its black? Is it like a RTV type one for engine work or something else? The one screw slot seems stripped so I might try adding some wood or something back in there but thought I would ask those who hopefully have more experience with something like this?

Worst case I do have it scheduled for the first week in Feb to go get some warranty work, I would assume that this would also be covered.. though with trailers assumptions seem to be squashed pretty often Im finding

Here are some pictures.

Your sealant is probably Sikaflex. It won't be RTV. Here's one of many places that sell it on the web.

Thank you! I found it on amazon for delivery today which allows me to at least try and fix it before we leave on a trip tomorrow. At least this time we will not be on any rough roads!
