Unhappy Lino Cracked, Wood Underneath Damp

Sooo.... My trailer has been in storage for the last 2 yrs. Various reasons we havent been able to get out with it. We've stopped 3-4 times a year to check on it and has always been as we've left it.
Today we did a check and I found the lino inside the door seriously split in several directions. I pulled open where the split was and found the wood discolored and damp. I pulled out the lino where the wood seemed damp to help dry out faster. The only place I could see possibly where water could enter was at the top of the door. The door gasket didnt look like it was making contact with the aluminum frame. We havent had any rain to speak of but did have more snow than usual this winter.
It appears that the lino was the first thing put in and then all the wall paneling, benches, cabinets etc as they all sit on the lino.
Whats the best way to replace the lino? Remove the benches and couch? or install around them?
Does anyone have any suggestions?

TIA, Bill.

Install around them and use small 1/4 round molding around the edges is one method.

put around the items. or if you get a floor person to install they can glue down a new lino in and you might not have to do trim around the edges

RV Lino shrinks in the harsh Canadian winter, have seen many that way after 10 years of use. Similar with the cheap stuff Home Depot sells.
Cover with a math of replace with new flooring. Use soft vinyl or laminate flooring which might be an option for a DIYer.
