Lippert One Control - Don’t update.

Just did this update. No more One Control via mobile device. Rendered it useless. Someone released this without proper testing. Example... you have to setup an acct and my model which is ‘19 isn’t even listed as a possible Jayco. I was already mid update when I realized I’d just “turned down a dead end”.

Just finished the app update. Not a single floor plan designator listed for a pinnacle looks remotely familiar so i selected other. It wants me to grant location permission . . . WTH! All I want to do is control lights, awnings and slides.

Yep. The location I don’t mind. I figure I’m already tracked on a zillion other apps. Looks like it’ll show to time and outside temp maybe.

I’ve tried everything. I have an iPad with the old software on it. Works just fine. With my phone and new software, I get nothing. Not the end of the world, but I liked having a third backup for my slides leveling system buttons. I Also liked checking my bat voltage while driving.

LCI acknowledges a problem with iPhone connectivity to the one control hub. They say android app is working. They seemed surprised to hear about the mismatched floor plan selection.

Must be some weird Apple firewall stuff that runs in the background. I just recently went back to apple from Android and noticed when I travel it takes forever to log into hotel and airport networks. Android was always instant.

Well, Apple and LCI must have worked things out. The app works great now. Ive got full functionality.
