Lippert through frame slide

Hey guys I have 2013 eagle premier 5th wheel. I extended my dinette slide. Now it won't retract. I can hear motor running kinda making a thumping noise. I'm thinking gears are stripped. Looking for second opinion and maybe some way to test without taking it all apart

Might just be a sheared connecting pin or bolt or even a bolt that fell out. That has been known to happen

I was able to locate an LCI service manual for the thru-frame mechanism.

Try this: https://lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws...cd_0001614.pdf

This sounds close to my motor that had stripped gears.
