need advice on buying 2005 eagle 278 fbs

Newbie here. Am about to buy (subject to inspection) a 2005 Eagle 278 FBS that looks in suburb shape base on pictures. The trailer is 400 miles away. Went thru the posts here and there is quite a lot of leakage problems complaints. So where are the major problem places to check for leakages?
I have a fibreglass 30ft m/h so am familiar with laminated fibreglass/ aluminum wall and roof construction. Where else are the most troublesome things/areas to inspect with a microscope? Are the jayco slide mechanism's a problem area? Axles? windows?
Thanks for your help.

Check where the front and rear caps attach to the roof. Check around any vents and pipes that extend through the roof.
