New Camper Back to Factory for Roof Repair

I purchased a 2018 Octane and it appears that the roof material was pulled crooked when it was glued down. There are lines of areas where it is not fastened and wrinkles in the material. I had an injury and was unable to go on the roof at time of PDI, so maybe that is on me, but they appear willing to make it right.

Jayco is going to take it back to the factory in June to be repaired. I am curious as to their approach, if they will try to loosen the material and straighten out the wrinkles or if they will have to put a new roof on?

Has anyone has theirs go back to the factory? Were the repairs done satisfactorily?
