New Schwintek issue. Closes normally, but one side opens about 3/4" shortly after travel begins. Any ideas?

Nothing to add except we had the exact same problem with the three Schwintek slides on our last rig (2018 Thor Miramar) - they would move out during travel, especially on long travel days. Our current rig (2022 Entegra Accolade) doesnít seem to have the problem with the one Schwintek on it (bed slide). It stays put with the seal compressed nicely. Iím not sure of the difference as I never got to the bottom of it.

Thinking out loud here but reading how the system operates when the slide is fully opened or closed the switch is held to synch the motors. Holding the switch causes the motors to amp out which i assume tells the controller they are in synch. Per the Schwintck manual when the switch is released the motor is "locked". Could it be the motors are slightly out of sync? Or could it be a bad motor because it is not locking? Note: I'm not sure if the "locking" feature is a physical brake or electric brake.

That's what I was thinking- It is synced when closing, and both sides equally compress the gasket. Then after rolling just a few miles, one side opens up about 3/4". Since the motor has such a high gear ratio, 500:1, it seems that it would automatically lock just by needing too much force to overcome that ratio and spin the motor.

I would agree, that gear ratio would make it difficult to turn without the motor operating. That would create a "physical" brake in a way. There's a lot of smart people on the forum hopefully they can come up with an idea.

Have you tried resync'ing the motors?
