If this is happening when you have it all buttoned up I would get back with the dealer. I havent seen any data on this new model but the older LARGE DOOR HTT models are prone to warping of the doors being so large they don't seal up as good as they need to..

If this is getting thinks wet when it is opened up probably not a whole lot you can do -

This model keeps the open large door on top like a roof so it should be pretty good unlike the HTT model where the opened large door becomes the bottom platform. The only thing I would do if this is an opened up problem is go with a 9X12 tarp over the whole thing when opened up. Much like what I do with my OFF-ROAD POPUP in this photo. I do this on my POPUP more for keeping it cooler in the summer or warmer in the winter like the GIZMO.s are suppose to do for you. I call this my poor man's GIZMO hehe...

Being as new as it is I would take it back to the dealer ASAP... Even if it turns out to be a bad design they should have to do something about it. My 2008 Model tent trailer is dry as a bone on the inside from any of the big bad rains it has been thru. The ole school says not to touch the tarps on the inside when it is raining but the new tent material is not really a problem of water bleeding thru like the old tarp did.

Sorry not much help on this end...
