No Dash Heat

Ok all you RV Magi...our recent travel day, the Dash heat no longer works...
we have been parked previously for several weeks in one location with really no significant events on the road to cause the dash heater to not work...I am not at all familiar with the inner workings of the dash heater system... and have looked on the web search, but when I put in dash heater, everything comes up rv furnace...??
Have a 2019 Entegra Coach Insignia 37MB, Class A...I have no idea where the vacuum lines are, are what to start looking at?

What other info do I need to provide to start troubleshooting this?
Thanks in advance to any advice!

Any chance that critters may have chewed on a hose?

I checked for critters and all looks good, nothing to indicate any chewed wires/cables, etc in the generator compartment... I have traps and critter prevention all over the coach after finding some droppings about 8 months ago, ...on trap had some of the poison chewed, and apparently got the one that was in the coach basement...haven't seen any signs since...heat worked before our last stop...

(update)

... so decided to check the temperature control knob on the dash HVAC control module...once again, the plastic rod part of the knob that goes into the rheostat on the pc board is broken...just like what happened to the vent control knob a few months ago....argh...and no way to replace it as the plastic piece is missing ...and the last time I repaired the vent control knob I had to super glue the plastic rod to the part that was stuck in the rheostat on the PC board.
So without tearing up the whole control box, the sticky label that covers the three control knobs, and breaking the rod on the vent knob again...don't see how can repair this one...
