Noisey Slide

My slide room make a pretty loud squealing noise when moving. I have lubed the gear track and is doesn't seem to change. I have the enclosed underbelly so I can't see all the mechanics to the slide but I lube what I can see. It has done this as long as I can remember and has been into the dealership several times over the 4 years I've owned it and they never said anything about it. Since no-one ever said anything about the noise it never made my "things to be concerned about" list but now that the camper is getting a little older I am wondering if I should look into it.

Any inputs/advice welcome.

Are you sure it's not the seals?

I don't think it's the seal but I will put my ear to the floor, seals and under the trailer while my wife moves the slide. I should be able to tell where it is coming from. Since you mentioned it I should probably get some seal conditioner; another thing I haven't done yet.

Speaking from experience, if the slide isn't square in the trailer wall, the seals could make noise as they get pinched when it's moving. I had to lower the front corner and adjust the slide rearward. It's much quieter now and the seals are even all the way around. If it all measures even, try lubing the seals.

Is it the thru frame system with the actuator rod and tracks on top of the supports? If so there's a place to lube under the floor but I'm pretty sure you have to cut the underbelly cover to access. I haven't done it but mine has a bit of a squeak as well.
