Norcold AC Heat Element
Has anyone replaced one of these. Is there and instruction sheet or manual anywhere for a guy to follow?

A few year ago, I looked at installing the heating element. Never did, but the instructions I found was super easy, as long as the AC unit is prepped for it.
As I recall it was take the cover off. Secure the heating element within the outlet air flow stream, and plug the wire harness to the switch module. It looked like it would take 5-10 minutes.

Norcold is a refrigerator. Do they have AC's?

AC= Air Conditioner
AC= Alternating Current ie: 120 volts

I have checked on u-tube and only found one that resembled mine. The actual Heating Element is up inside the opening. There is some kind of cover around it but can't be seen to well. Mabye I'll somehow take a pic and post it.
PS. There is an AC Heating Element and some models also have a DC Heating Element for the frig.

Sometimes it is very hard for members to try and help others or new members when certain information isn't given. It always helps to know Make and model number and the type of equipment that someone is asking help about. In this case AC can be confusing, although Norcold was mentioned by the OP.
Again look at the service manual as there is a way to test the heater to be sure if it is the problem. Or if the problem is elsewhere.

Understand, explanation and interpretation for me is difficult sometimes. The manual doesn't show the steps in replacing the element. I'm just not sure what is covering it since it is located above the access opening. Can't see it too well and wondering if this can be changed out without removing the whole frig. The one You Tube did show a type of cover around the entry of the tube. I hope mine is like that.  Will find out this weekend.

If you are certain that the heater element is bad then change it My suggestion was for you to test it to be certain it is bad. If the element tests good the problem could be in the board. At least you will be certain which component is bad.

I had to replace both the control board and the AC Heating Element for the frig. It was tricky getting the element out, but had success.
