Norcold fridge pops open when traveling

Hi, my Norcold fridge has started to pop open now when I'm traveling, and the latch for the fridge is very easy to open. Closer inspection shows the door is now sagging a bit at the top, so the latch is not getting much bite to it.

Obviously this is because of the condiments and other weight inside the door shelves, but I'm wondering what you've used to fix this?

I've seen old posts from people who have used an extra washer or two on the bottom hinge, but my issue isn't raising it higher, it's straightening it. I'm also looking on the inside of the hinge, both top and bottom and cannot see how the door is removed. Ideas?

It's been 5 years, but if I remember correctly you loosen the center hinge then you can lift the door off the bottom pin.

EDIT: Disregard. I had to use more force than I thought, but the faceplate popped off, was able to remove the top bolt and added 2 washers to the bottom hinge. Seems to have done the trick!
