Norcold N10DC fridge stopped cooling in 33RBTS

I have a 2021 Jayco 33RBTS. The Norcold N10DC fridge is no longer cooling either compartment. Lights work on front display as well as inside. All buttons are functional.

My first problem is I can't find any sort of access panel anywhere. The fridge is in a slide out. Pantry to right, stove to left (as well as microwave and cabinets). Looked inside and out, all around, and can't find any way to get to the electrical connections.

Does the fridge have to be removed to service? If so, does anyone know how to remove it? My best guess is remove all the screws and slide it out, but hoping someone on here has experience and can provide some guidance.

Thanks in advance!

Update: Found 12vdc wiring in pantry. Still no access to serviceable parts on fridge.

Have you tried pulling the fuse and restarting it? Yes, just like the standard residential it will probably need to be pulled out. Problem could just be the control board which is at the top with the buttons.

Here's the parts breakdown.. https://norcold.com/wp-content/uploa...8_20190715.pdf

Thanks Grumpy. I managed to get the fridge out. Looks like I need a new control module. I have 12vdc in but nothing coming out.

I need a control module, part number 640178. Seems to be sold out everywhere. Anyone know where I can find one?

I just happened to find this thread. Wanted to know if you ever found the 640178 control module anywhere. And if so, where?

I need one too, and like you said they're sold out everywhere online. As a last resort, I'm going to try Norcold on Monday and see if they have one and if so will they sell direct to me.
