Norcold N306R Cooling Fan Wiring Help Needed

My fridge is freezing great, but the refrigerator stops working when it gets hot (in Arizona this is a bit of a problem).

I understand that with active ventilation, it may well solve my problem. I think adding this is in my wheelhouse, but would like some help with finding a 12v positive to power the fans.

Looking at the attached pics, does anyone know which, if any, would be good candidates to tap into?

Any other advice or thoughts on my project/troubleshooting/solution?

Thank you.

If you can't get it any other way try a multi tester. Stick the point of the red tester end into each wire with the negative on a good ground. Make sure you are on DC setting. One of these cheapos from Harbor Freight is good enough.

It is also handy to check voltage at the battery, outlets, etc. and can be used to check voltage of AC outlets.

Not sure but if you think any are AC wires, test the others first. Best if you turn off AC to the RV but leave the battery active and connected.
