Sorry to hear of your issues. How long have u owned the trailer? Just curious if these are issues since the beginning or more recent.

I know how you feel. The 5th wheel in my sig. has been an on going pain in the &#%. The living room slide hasn't worked right since we got it. The first service on the slide was 2 days after we bought this thing. I just had it in for the 4th repair on the slide 2 weeks ago, and guess what this past weekend it jammed up again. We won't even talk about the front cap that has so many cracks in it Jayco is supposed to replace it this summer.

This time of the year most shops are several weeks out on trailer repairs as most people wait until the last minute to get service work done.

We had to have our front cap replaced on our 2012 HT 26.5 RLS after the first year. No problem with timing as we had put it up for the winter so just let the dealer have it until it got done. Just completed a 3,800+ mile trip and everything worked very well, except for the screws holding the couch to the wall which came out, allowing the couch to scoot around a bit. Nothing serious, and I'll get it fixed here in a day or two. Had some slide problems with the wardrobe slide, took three trips to the dealer, 150 miles each way, to get it fixed but working fine now, at least so far.

AC and awning are not Jayco products. They are 3rd party. What brand of awning? I bet its a Dometic. I read about lots of problems with their electric awnings. In fact there is a recall on Dometic power awnings. We have a manual Dometic awing and we don't like it. Our old HTT had a Carefree of Colorado awning that was flawless for the entire 10 years we owned it. I'll be surprised if I get 3 years out of the Dometic.

Do you clean your AC filter? You wouldn't think that thin little thing would cause a problem but we had the same issue on our old HTT after about 2 years. I cleaned the filter, and again every spring, and never had the problem again.

Trim falling off is not normal, not that new anyway. That said, what trim?

My thoughts. 1- run the ac on high and see if it freezes. - 2- since the trailer is 3 years old should be out of warrenty so you can take it to another rv place to get the awing fixed. 3- call Jayco and see what they say about taking it to another rv place cause the dealer cannot fix it, they may pay for it. Now if this trailer was mine and we had these problem I would have taken it in to the dealer and kept on his butt to fix the trailer right. if it was not done then I would have got with Jayco and complained to them. I had a brake problem and took it to a jayco service center and we had all kinds of trouble, they wouldn't order parts, the b.s. me and after 30 days I pulled out the trailer and took it to a dexter axle place to get it fixed. After the trailer was fixed the first place lost its service rating from Jayco.

Generally speaking, plugged filters will cause icing on evaporator coils.
