Don't know but suspect not. However I have a 2014 WH w/ an outdoor fridge [oem] and the panel you refer to don't amount to anything more than a piece of paneling. You should be able to slide in a fridge and just leave it as is. If you want to close off the fridge from the rest of the storage area, a piece of scrap and some basic brackets would work. Personally I would just add a piece of 3/4" plywood as a base to sit it on and secure the fridge to the new baseboard to keep it from sliding around. The open install would allow the fridge to breath and give you easier access to the controls [mine are on the top/back and almost impossible to reach]. You can pick up a dorm fridge at Walmart etc right now for around $75 or less.
