Outdoor shower replacement parts and install

Hi All, I noticed a leak on my Empire faucet. Is it possible to only replace this part or do I need to replace the whole faucet? How do I replace the faucet? It seems like it must be threaded on the inside of the trailer, it's a pop up so I'll have to investigate. Does anyone have a manual for one of these?

A quick search and I did not find an exact replacement for your handle assembly. I did find a few different styles that might work. and I did find the full assembly. If I went that direction I would remove the faucet and just install it.
