Pictures of Eternabond on Roof/Wall Seams?

I've searched for pictures of eternabond applied to the roof/wall seams and have found none. I did the front top seam last summer with 4" tape overlapping the seam. I have enough 4" to do the sides and back roof/wall seams but it would be very helpful to have some pics of what others have done. Do I apply the tape over the vinyl trim insert? Can anyone help?

IMO I wouldn't cover the entire vinyl trim cover (hides metal trim/gutter rail screws), I would go just shy of the bottom edge of the vinyl trim cover.

Should moisture get behind the vinyl trim cover you want a means for it to 'get out', and blocking that bottom edge would trap moisture....., and moisture likes following screws "inward".

I didn't apply Eternabond sealer tape the full length of my roof/wall joint, but I did cover a little section of the vinyl trim cover non the area of my front roof/cap seam.
