Pinnacle Rear Window Repair

I have a broken rear window on my 2012 Pinnacle 31RLTS. It is the outside pane only.

Jayco home office and my dealer say the repair is to replace the entire rear window complex including all three panes of thermopane!! I have not received how much the entire rear window complex will cost let alone shipping to my dealer.

I do have a glass repair company who is willing to try to dismantle the rear window and replace the broken pane.

Has anyone ever been up against this type of window repair? If so, what did you do for a fix?

Get the cost from both. The replace is mostly a sure thing. A repair sounds like a maybe. If they will give you a cost and a guarantee (and it's less than a new unit), I'd give it a go. Oh yeah, do you have any faith in the abilities of the repair folks!

The glass repair company was recommended by my dealer. They have done many RV window repairs, just not one involved with such a large, 3 pane window, even though only 1 pane needs to be repaired.
