Propane questions

I have a 2019 28BHBE and this past weekend we went to a campground with full hookup. I hooked everything up like normal and turn on the water heater “electric”. Did not use any propane for internal appliances, Saturday night went to turn on the grill using the quick disconnect built in to the trailer and I noticed the pressure was higher than normal so I turned off everything and tried again, still higher than normal pressure. Did some erase arch and sounds like the regulator is bad for sure giving me the 10-15psi at the quick connect line. No worries I will replace it. Here is the strange thing, when i tried to turn on the stove top and there was nothing, no sound, no gas, no fire. How is it the rear quick connect works though hi pressure but the internal appliances and the water heater are not getting gas? I looked under the camper and everything is on the same distribution block. I know I am going to need a regulator, but I want to make sure I am not missing anything. Thank you
Gary

Are you aware there is a recall on some models of the the LP regulators? If not-

Here are a couple of JOF threads on the regulator recall that may be helpful:

Did you purge the gas lines to ensure no air left in them?

Thank you for the replies everyone, I know there is a recall and I will be ordering a new regulator, but where I am confused is that the quick connect for my grill worked but no propane inside the trailer worked including the water heater.
