I would replace that gasket. Looks like it may have released and shrunk May not be able to re-seat.
I am not sure, but I think those rubber gaskets don't require glazing?

Never use silicone to seal anything. Windows should use glazing compound or plumber putty.

I have a couple of windows that look like this. Should I replace the gasket, just reseat it...
Suggestions? If I need a new glazing, where do I get that from?

Those gaskets look look like the ones on my trailer; are the windows by Kimro? I just re-seated mine. I think what happens is that they shrink a bit, and then at the corners they no longer quite make the turn. As far as I can tell, those gaskets are for appearance only and being a bit too short is not a performance issue. They are very easy to re-seat.
