rear window leaking 93 325 RK 5th wheel

My rear window is leaking but not all the time. Sometimes it will down pour rain and it will not leak. The next time it will just sprinkle a little bit and be all wet. Most times it don't leak at all. Took it back to the dealer they pulled out the window. They were short handed so I helped. I didn't mind I like doing my own stuff. The wood was completely dry and looked brand new.
the window sill gets wet and it runs onto the counter. I cleaned out the drains. I dont know what else to do. Every time it rains and I go in there to watch it it wont leak. The place it got it from is not a Jayco dealer and didn't know much about the windows they use.

I finally went to an actual Jayco dealer. I talked to the tech that had been there for years. He said to take a screwdriver and make the drain holes bigger. I did and so far so good.
