Replace fan blades-- how to OPEN up vent to replace?

Hi,
Did a big oops and turned on the fan with the vent lid shut and destroyed the blades, got new blade to put there and was told it was very simple thing to do...

Well I can't figure out how to remove that screen on the inside to access the inner part, where I put the new blades! The current old blades are laying on top of that screen since they were quite old and just pretty much crumbled.

I don't know if I'm just missing something, I'm sure there is a screw or something to undo? My kiddo
suggested I was making it harder than it needed to be. I decided to come and ask you guys for help!

Thanks in advance

Mine just has little plastic tabs that hold it in. I use a small slotted screw driver and just gently pry it out. Like 3 said above model and pics would help get you a quicker and better response.

Thanks, yes that makes sense, but I cannot find the information in the Jayco owners manual for my unit...

For now, I do know that it's just a simple fan that comes stock in the 2004 sport 165. Very simple fan.

You wind the lever at the fan to open the vent lid. And push a button on the bathroom wall to turn on the fan.
*I will add picture as soon as I can

@Marcm157, I thought I saw where I could just sort of pop it out but all I did was crumble the framing around the screen a little bit too.
Thank you
