Retractable Steps

The switch to keep the retractable steps "out" doesn't seem to be working. Tip/tricks? Or are we into a new "brain" for it. Jayco Greyhawk, c-class.

Power Steps

Same problem with our 2014 Jayco Precept 31UL. Being fairly mechanically inept (but still learning), I'm unable to find the "circuit breaker (generally located inside the battery box near the auxiliary start solenoid.)". Quote is from the owner's manual.

TIA for any and all assistance.
