Roof

I went to clean the roof on my Hibird and found black showing through. At first we were going to put a new roof on. I read you can coat the roof. We purchased everything. And we did it . I gave it three coats.
It is so white now it hurts your eyes. Very impressed. This trailer is a 2008 so the roof is to be expected to need maintenance at this point.
We have no leaks plus I use self leaving caulk.
Instead of camping this year we rebuilt our trailer. If the virus is not bad after Christmas we are going to Florida for the winter.

I’m confused and can’t find the definitive answer on what roof material is used on the Jayflight series TT (2019 212QB SLX). No love on the web and the YouTube videos make me think it is TPO since it is white on top and gray on the bottom. However it has the pebble finish which some videos say is Alpha. Any advice? I want to use the correct products. Thanks

I have a 2018 SLX212 QBW. I called Jayco, gave them my VIN and they told me it’s TPO. Might try that.

I will take photos. One thing I forgot. Put the jacks down! Use a brush around the antenna , air conditioner , vents. Put painters tape on the sides where the roof meets the molding. The roller did a very nice job. Three coats to get it white and bright. Small amount of time fantastic results.
