Room darkening shades

During our PDI we noticed a small hole in the largest pull shade. Dealer ordered a replacement. As we spent more time in the trailer we noticed 2 more shades with a tiny hole. Is this common on these room darkening shades? Has anyone just put some kind of patch over the back side of the shade? Such a waste of a new shade to have it replaced and trashed.

It may seem like a waste of a shade, but the dealer might have to return the defective one as part of the warranty claim. I'd let them replace all that need it, and that'll make your coach like new again.

If they don't have to return them to the factory, maybe they'll let you keep them, instead of throwing them out.
