Rubber roof cleaning thread

Apologies in advance if this is the umpteenth thread on this subject but I need thought and opinions on routine cleaning of the roof, the times in between using a mail ordered or trip to the RV dealer store bought cleaner and conditioner. So, here's my question, I have heard Dawn dish detergent both highly recommended, and been told DO NOT USE IT because anything that cuts grease is not good for a rubber roof, so after using it more than once I am concerned. I just finished cleaning and re-caulking the roof and used a combination of Johnsons Baby Shampoo and vinegar, please don't laugh I saw it recommended on the interweb, but so wasn't the Dawn!!!!!
Ya'll tell me what you're preferred choices are so I can settle on something safe and effective. Thanks!

I use Spic n Span as recommended in the roof literature that came with my camper. It works OK but I really have to scrub with a deck brush to get some of the crud off the roof.

The old fashion powder? Kind of surprised it's still around if so, dissolving it in water to inconvenient for the modern housewi.. er house person I mean. LOL Hear you on the scrubbing, the others require it also!

I just saw a thread on this. A careful use of a power washer worked best. It also has pictures to show the comparison. I think there's 21 posts in the thread that I attached here. It's worth the read.

Not the powder version. Spic n Span has a liquid version that I could only find locally at Ace Hardware.
