RV Life Maintenance

Has anyone tried the RV Life Maintenance site? I've got the RV Life membership as I use RV Trip Wizard, and I started playing around with the RV Life Maintenance site at https://maintenance.rvlife.com/ (or at the link in the red bar on top of the forum (if you haven't closed it). I've found a few limitations to it, but the more I play with it, the more I like it. The support team has been very responsive.

So far, I have added both the RV and TV, added equipment and created a schedule of maintenance items for each of the pieces of equipment. There were some pieces of equipment that had a default list of tasks; however, it was easy to edit those as well as add additional items to the piece of equipment. As I added the maintenance items, I added a entry for an initial activity (which was the last time I did, or had that maintenance item done) which then starts the clock on the maintenance schedule for that maintenance item.

I am able to add vendors (I added a DIY vendor for the work I would be doing myself), and what I think is the best feature to me is the creation of a Service Ticket where I can add in all of the items that I want to do, or have the service center do, both scheduled from the list, and non-scheduled items which are ad-hoc. When i record that that item has been completed, I can add in a note as well as any costs associated with that activity.

Then there is a bunch of reports. I'm still running through those.

I've attached a few screen shots. If you've used this already, any thoughts?

Thanks for bringing this feature up. I've started to fill in the blanks for our TT.
