Sanicon Question...

Not sure why I never tried this before, but today as an experiment I first ran the Sanicon and then did a gravity dump. I ran the Sanicon till it was done. I always knows it’s done because the sound of the motor changes and hose jumps around a little with the pressure change. Anyway, when I did the gravity dump, a fair amount still came out that way. This was with the black tank only. Is this normal?

hi txloser, I don't know about rest of liquid coming by gravity, but I will check that because last days I use the sanicon pump to empty the tanks before bring the rv to home, and at the campground I forget to finish with the gravity valve but , I have another question, I will winterize our rv before bring it to the storage,and I just want to know if you have a specific process to get antifreeze in the sanicon pump . thank for your reply

Last year when winterizing, I poured a gallon of antifreeze in the toilet and then ran the sanicon til I saw the pink stuff. Then opened the gravity valve and saw pink stuff come out too.
