Satellite tv - message: unsupported

We have a Sphere RV Satellite Antenna connecting you a Furrion tv. It was working fine however now the television gives us the message “Unsupported”. I’ve tried turning both the television and the satellite dish on and off but no change. Does anyone know what has gone wrong?

Welcome to the JOF! So are you connecting your Satellite antenna to the outside from the Sat. antenna and if so most satellite dish if not all don't like the splitters that the factory install into their unit, you might just have to bypass them.

Try going from your satellite antenna and running the cable through a window and directly to the wally receiver and see if that work and if it does well you know that you might have to run it that way.

A few people here hook theirs up different ways but what I did is install an connection on the side of my 5th wheel and went directly from the satellite to the receiver.
