Schwintec Slide roller replacement

Has anyone ever replaced a roller under a Schwentek Slide?

Since this post went through, I can give more details. (My first two detailed posted didn't-logged out for some reason).
I am replacing the rollers on my kitchen slide of my 2015 Pinnacle 36RSQS. The slide cocks left-right when extending and retracting it. I tried the Schwentek adjustment techniques but didn't help. In examining under the slide, I have abrasion marks where the rollers are located. I have two questions: (1) can I mount replacement rollers (J-36 L-bracket) NEXT TO the original rollers or do I have to chisel the heads off old rollers and place replacements in original positions? (Original rollers installed at factory PRIOR to slide installation.) and, (2) what size self-tapping screws do you recommend for the replacements? I was planning on #12x1.5inch self tapping. Thanks for expertise.

Ours had 5 rollers, we added 4 more . Not sure if it made a difference in operation, but it did spread the weight out, and the ends don't sag. Some folks buy or make plastic or aluminum runners for the rollers. We haven't done that yet, but it seems to be the best option. Seems to me that the biggest jamming problem is in the wall where we can't see what's dragging.

Those drip pieces are not on my old rig and I believe they are intended to be removed if slideout awning hardware is ordered. I would call the dealer or Jayco and get confirmation.

From the pics I see, if left on, you may have clearance issues. They should be attached as high as possible to allow proper drainage, IMO.
