Service work to be done on our Pinnacle

Hello everyone, I have a quick question for veteran fifth wheel owners. We have to have some warranty work done on our Pinnacle 36SSWS (2020) Can any one tell me if I have to completely empty our camper before we take it into service? I am thinking of emptying the garage area, but wanted to know about the inside cabinet area? any input would help thanks

It may depend on your dealer. Personally I never completely emptied any rig even when we took them to the Service Center at the Factory. I did empty a couple cabinets when they worked on a specific area.

X2. Remove all food from the pantries. I also empty fridge and prop fridge doors open a little. Also I would definitely disconnect your batteries. Take the ground battery cables off of the terminals if you don't have a battery disconnect that removes ALL battery power. I have never had anything stolen or lost at my dealer.

Obviously remove valuables.
If you know the are going to be working in certain areas I would remove items in those areas.

just remove everything then there won't be any supersizes or concerns about stuff missing getting dirty or being moved...

I do not empty the TT. I have removed items that where in the area, I expected the techs to be working in.

Make sure the Frig is empty and dry, doors secure, but ajar. If you cannot, put few pieces of charcoal or fresh box of baking soda in it (to let it tip).

When you get there, fully disconnect the battery. Your 5ver still has parastate power drains when the disconnect switch is turned. Otherwise your battery will be dead.

Other than than, ask for their time line. If it is crazy and you want to still use it before it is fixed, ask for it back after they inspect and order the parts. Ask for a call when you should bring it back.
