Siphon pu from re aantifreeze during winterazation does not happen?

Last year during winterization we could not get the pump to siphon from the antifreeze gallon. We were able to gravity feed it to the water pump by holding the tube with a funnel above and pour it in effectively.
I checked the drain and low feed valves and everything was closed tight.Thinking there is a vacuum leak somewhere?
Thinking about next year.Any ideas what's going on?

2017. North point 315

Thanks

Assuming that you have all the shut off valves set correctly and the jug and the pump are near to one another, a vacuum leak would be my first guess. Will the pump pull fresh water from the fresh water tank? If it does, see my first guess. If not, you might have a pump issue.

Turn the water inlet screen around to push open the check valve. Just besure to reverse it after your done pumping the antifreeze.
