Exclamation Slide Issues

Has anyone had issues where the slide only goes in on one side and not the other? The rubber seal barely touches and the fender looks raised up? It's been this way from brand new and didn't notice it until We got on the road. I use the camper all of the time and when I have been able to take it in their always 3 month out or more. Corporate knows but they don't seem to care. Lots of other problems with this 2015 bumper pull bought brand new, All trim falling off, down riggers in front never have operated Sofa ends missing but they did send them to me for me to install. Kitchen sing hole cut out way to large. Front passenger side bay door very crooked and hits on one side and visually noticeable to name a few.
My big concern is the slide out. Thanks Crappiebait7

Mine is the same way but it hasn't caused any problems. I attempted to adjust it myself but there isn't enough adjustment in the assembly. It is crooked because the track is not welded square to the frame. I truly like my trailer but it's just another item in the numerous quality control issues I have with Jayco.

Crappie; do you have the Schwintek slide system? If you do there is a lot of info on the web for it. Make sure the tracks are clean. Some have been told by their dealer not to open the slide only part way. Not sure if I agree with that. You can get it back in sync by opening it part way and than closing it while holding the switch until it's completely closed and than increasing the amount you open it every time until it syncs up going both ways. Hope this helps.
