Slide Motor Under Bed

Does this look suspicious? Looks like a burn mark on casing? Everything works fine but thought it looked odd. Any thoughts?Click image for larger version

Is that a zip tie? Is it electrical burn but something else?

Yes.. appears to be zip tie on wires around casing.

Have you touched the motor after running the slide, is it HOT

On mine that rubber casing will slide off if you cut the zip tie. I would remove the cover and inspect for the cause.
