Exclamation Slide out leak jayco bungalow 40BHQS

Need some help. My 2016 bungalow seems to have a minor leak in the slide out in the master bedroom. It is small, and only in this particular slide out. The water seems to be coming in at the corner floor board, enough to soak into the carpet and then soak the wood trim. The only thing I can think of is that the trailer MIGHT not be 100% level (we live in it full time). I plan on checking to see if I need to relevel it tomorrow. My other thought is,being that I weigh a good 240 lbs and the leak is on my side of the bed that the weight pushes the slide out down just enough to let water leak in on one side? Not sure if this is possible as I have custom made braces supporting each slide out. Please check out the picture and let me know if you have any insight! Thanks!

(Pictures wouldn’t load, I’ll try tomorrow)

I don't think your weight has anything to do with it. I would check the seal around the slide also. We had to replace the one around the living room cause is split. The slide may have to be readjusted also. On the seal I would also buy some spray to keep it flexable, that would be a help.

Thanks for the reply. I am hoping it just needs to be readjusted as I am sure replacing a seal is pretty spendy in parts and labor. Great tip on the spray! Any recommendations on spray? Silicone maybe? Thanks again!

Camping world sells gasket/seal spray. Spray it on take a cloth andspread it out. Replacing a seal is easier than a lot of people thing. Our earrenty paid for it and I watched and it was easy. I think the seal was $135.00 so that was not that bad. If you go that route the seal is longer than what you need. Just cut off what's left
