Slide stuck

I have a 2011 351rlts that the slide came in crooked, the top of slide is all the way in and the bottom is out about 2 inches, when I push the switch in either direction I get a gear or grinding noise and the slide doesnt move.I know i have a problem and the dealer will be coming in the near future to fix I hope because we dont have a truck to tow,my question is there anyway for me to get the slide out while I wait for dealer.I dont see anyplace for a manual crank just some control module in storage compartment-thanks

I am pretty sure the manual crank wont help you...as it uses the same gear assembly... which sounds like it is out of alinement or stripped...
