Soft interior corner walls

We have a 2007 31BHS that we love, but recently found that both rear corners are very soft towards the bottom. My plan is to remove the bunks and the center closet so that I may be able to hopefully remove the interior wall with out any damage. Once removed I plan to replace the rotted wood and put it all back together. I have also purchased the self leveling sealant for the roof and plan to do all 4 corners, around the shower sunroof and across the front where the metal meets the roof material. I have not found any leaks so I'm assuming it is running down the inside of the wall, possibly during the winter when it is sitting outdoors. We never liked the idea of a cover as most people we talked to said they were more of a pain then they are worth, but I'm thinking of at least a tarp to cover the roof area and over the edges a few inches to help solve this soft wall issue. Any help or advice from anyone that may have torn into a wall would be greatly appreciated. Not sure what I'm getting myself into, but hoping it will go as easy as I'm hoping. Thanks

Water leaks can be hard to find. Had an older class C MH water leak, noticed wetness in the rear bed wall. Always checked and sealed roof. Eventually discovered a window 8' away needed sealant. Water doesn't always drain straight down!

I'm hoping you caught it early enough, but once you open it up it may be worse than you thought it was.
