Toilet bowl filling

This has probably been covered but I could not find it in a search. Twice today are bowl has filled up from a slow drip. Is the fix major? Does lifting the flush lever up a tad after flushing resolve it?

Depending on the model and mfg, the toilet may not have to be removed to change the valve. Even so, it not a problem.

Order the valve and go from there. Also, add a 1/4 turn valve behind the toilet for peace of mind.

I changed one out in someones rig last year and removing the toilet was a breeze, 2 screws and the water connection. I even was able to re-use the floor gasket.

cekkk, if you have the Aqua Magic Style 2 Thetford porcelain toilet the guts are easy to change out. I did mine about 3 years ago and haven't had a problem since, knock on wood. All the parts are available on Amazon. I did pull the toilet to do the work. I was going to install a sharkbite shut-off behind the toilet but there's not much room back there with the water line being so short.

Thanks for those answers. After nearly eight years I'm bound to need a repair. The porcelain toilet sits in a 3x4 enclosure so it's going to take a younger and smaller guy than me to fix.
