TPO Sealant Question

I recently purchased a 2004 19H Hybrid. I am in love with this thing but I have a small leak that I cannot trace. I have done Eternabond on the lap seals, Dicor on all the seams, but every time it rains I get moisture in the wall in the front left corner. I put a moisture meter on the roof and I have about a 2' x 2' square in that area that is wet. My manual says that I have a TPO roof by Alpha Systems. This unit was not well cared for and I imagine that it sat for a few years before I bought it.
Is it possible that the roof has developed some sort of microcracks due to sun exposure?
Is there some sort of paint/sealant that I can put down? I see a lot of products for EDPM roofs but nothing really for TPO.

If you have marker lights on the front check to make sure they are well sealed. Where the lens cover attaches to the base can also leak. One way to check for any leakage is to remove the lens cover and remove one of the mounting screws and see if it shows any signs of rust. After you put the lens cover back on seal it with clear silicone along the top and sides. Lots of other places for water to get in besides the roof.
