Wall board interior.

The walls have seams with matching tape. One of our wallboards are pulling away slightly. The tape is holding but it is obvious.

Under warranty, worth letting them deal with it? I thought about just placing a screw through it. I'm assuming some wood behind. However, I'm worried about hitting wiring I dpnt know about. Were these just glued?

when I was on the factory tour the walls were the first thing we saw being made and the outer wall and frame with insulation in it was laid on a long roller table and run under a tube that laid out a urethane glue on the surface of frame and insulation ... then the inner wall boards were laid out on the wall and pushed together tight and seams taped then the whole wall assembly was put into a big vacuum pressure machine that sucked all the air out and was left there for about 20 minutes then pulled out the other end

Would a small screw be stupid? I mean what would the dealer do? Do they stock the tape for the repair?

I would assume there is some sort of framework behind each of the wall seams so as long as the screw is small and less than the depth of the wall thickness I would say it is safe. you might use painters tape on both of the wall panel edges and use some liquid nails behind the separation before putting the screw in and then wipe it clean before removing the tape so you don't get it on the wall board

Had that happen once. Just used a 1/4" air stapler on that one and it held fine. OR, you could do a small screw or 2 and put a decoration there.

Depends on if you have glass sides or aluminum. Aluminum uses wood studs, glass uses aluminum, can't staple into aluminum. I assume no signs of any water infiltration. Adhesive would be the best way, but a screw should also work. Good Luck

Looks like a decent area that's loose to me. "Under Warranty" I think I'd let the dealer handle it. I have a loose panel also where the slide was shut on my bunk door prior to taking delivery and twisting the stud. Mine is bonded from what I hear. That's probably the best way to fix it. If it is at the paper joiner strip they can probably remove that and put the proper adhesive in there and be done with it. That's on outside wall also, would be good for them to check and make sure there are no leaks.

Stapled into aluminum on my mobile scout. That's how it was secured from factory, and that's how I redid it. They were "hung walls", not laminated on those rigs in 07, and boy do I miss the older mobile scouts.

Would a regular staple gun work vs. an air stapler?

Probably not, to penetrate the aluminum stud, but that's just my opinion.

We have an aluminum sided Rv. Does that mean we have wood studs?

If wood studs, you can take your pick of fasteners. May can even squirt a little wood glue behind the panel and use a small finishing nail.

It's a Jay flight 174bh Baja. Aluminum sided. I see wood inside like when I look in the refrigerator compartment.

Pretty much all interior walls are wood framed regardless, but being a jay flight and aluminum sided, I'd say you have wood framed exterior walls. Makes it easy.

Well guys, today it got worse. There are little bubbles forming at the base that look like water intrusion. We have monsoons going on here in North AZ, and she has got quite the amount of rain. Sent pics to dealer, they want me to bring her in.

This sucks as it is brand new and we switched brands and traded in our other one because we thought these would be a better deal.

Had a trip planned to great basin national park on the eighth. Ugh.

That was my concern. Water changes everything. Let your dealer take care of it if it's under warranty. Perhaps they can fix where the water is coming in until later and you won't have to miss your trip.
