Warped Inner Wall Panel

How would one go about repairing inside wall warping/bulging ...
I thought this might have been water damage from the kitchen slideout,
but not sure as the material is not wet, nor does it budge when i press
against it - hard as a rock... picture attached. Not sure what happened, as we just bought this and barely been on road with it.

Noticed this right after we bought it and doesn't look like it's getting bigger...

Thanks,

TP

Is this a new camper? what year and model is it?

Looks like water damage. It could me what ever "wallpaper" like substance Jayco uses is delaminating from the plywood.

Since the vinyl covering is glued to the luan substrate it could just be a bad glue layer. When you push on it does it go down or it is rough?

It looks like water damage but I would agree with Grumpy that if it doesn't give when you rub your hand on it or press it with your finger it likely a crappy glue job.

Update to this: After five months finally got into dealer and confirmed that the wall panel glue was the problem, JAYCO, through dealer, is replacing the entire panel....hopefully within next two weeks....
