I don't see anything about being able to use the interface cable either, so I will just plug in the aux & usb at the same time to solve that issue.

One thing I noticed last night is between my A & B speakers. When A is selected on its own, both interior speakers play. When B is selected on its own, nothing plays. I'm guessing that's not right. Not an immediate concern by any means though. I can't see where I'd only use one of the inside speakers anyhow.
I select A speakers, they play Individually, select B, same thing and again for C
A+B= means and and B

You need to purchase the interface cable from Jensen or some other outlet depending on the model of i-pod, phone you are working with.
Thanks for that, and you are correct. I emailed Jensen and here is the response:

"Thank you for contacting ASA Electronics. Are you trying to play your iPhone through the USB input on the AWM975 or are you going through the iPod input on the back of the radio using the optional iPod adaptor cable JDABIPDL? The USB input on the AWM975 is not compatible with iPod’s or iPhone’s. The USB input is only compatible with USB flash drives up to 4 Gigs. In order to use the iPod function "

if Jayco is watching this thread, they should be a little ashamed for the poor workmanship. This should not happen.
Having said this, I still love my Jayco and will be happy when these issues get repaired.

Well, well.... brought the little Eagle to the dealer with my warranty list and they repaired everything. The tech was professional and noted everything in detail including a little bump under the flooring. He had a flooring guy make a slit, vacuum the pebble and repair the floor. Great job.
The back of the dinette is on order, he tried backing the screws and repairing the small holes but wasn't able to make a nice job out of it so we are getting a new back (behind the dinette seat) beside the entrance door.
So far, very impressed with the dealer and Jayco. Love the 2 year warranty.

Only thing left for me to do, is find a good trucking place and get the trailer higher so that it rides level with the truck.

back in the shop for more warranty work.
The fabric on the couch was fraying prematurely, they are recovering the couch
some trim needed to be glued down (minor)
The power cord was always way to short, come to find out there was a knot in the cord inside the trailer (go figure), it will be nice not having to use an extension.
Fixing the sewer valve that was not closing properly.
Also added a slide topper (purchase and install)
Looking forward to getting the Little Eagle back home!
All in all, very happy with Jayco and the dealer, they are excellent in getting these things fixed.

warranty list

follow up on the couch fabric

Jayco will pay to get the cushions recovered with the same fabric.
I am debating weather I should baby it and cover it up with a blanket or just live and use it after, knowing it will happen again due to the nature of this fabric.

re: warranty list

Getting back to the original post, I think that is pretty excessive for the items you mention. Granted, just like in home building, you will find things that were missed or not quite right, but you think that Jayco would have a better quality control in place between the plant and dealership to have caught many of these things before getting to the owner. I don't know, maybe it's the industry. My friend just purchased a brand new 40' Lakota horse trailer with living quarters and I think their list was slightly longer and couple items caused him to drive to their plant and wait 3 days for the repairs.

I don't know, do they shortcut the quality for the quantity? Is it the skillset of the installer?
Interesting topic

Most of these issues where minors and I am taking it all with a grain of salt since Jayco is so good to get these fixed.
Easy for me to say as we live 20 minutes away for the dealer. If we had to drive hundreds of miles, I am not sure I would have had most of these things looked at.
All in all, the problems are fixed and we have a good rig.
