Washer drain leak

I just bout a 2020 Jayco Jayflight. When I wash my clothes, water seeps out from the belly.
How do I gain access to the front grey tank to see if the drain line has come loose?
The drain valve is open, so I know it shouldnt be draining down in to the insulated belly.
Thank you in advance.

If it’s still under warranty let a dealer do it, it’s a lot of work.
