Water Issues

I have a 2015 jayco jay flight 267bhsw, I have always used my RV water with only the city water connection and never the pump. The water was working great but since last Monday my water is not working. There was a freeze that hit the Texas area were temperatures hit a low of 9 degree F. I woke up the next morning with no water because the line froze, I then gave it a couple of days to unfreeze but it has been a whole week and I still don't get water inside my RV.
I know that the city water and hose are working but how come my RV faucets won't work.

A line or the pump may have cracked with the freeze and you have an air leak

Not sure how sensitive the pumps are to blowing the fuse but if there was water in it and tried to kick on I could see this as a possibility.

I don’t think the pump is part of this equation. He’s using city water. If you can get water through the hose then I’d guess there’s something blocking the plumbing inside the trailer. Verify the valves are still set for city water and see if there’s something visible in the inlet for the hose connection.

Depending on temps there could be a piece of ice stuck.in the line.

Yep, can take a while to get all the ice out of the hose. Are daytime temps welll above freezing? Is the hose in the sun?
