The inside molding from around the slide? Looks like slide went out too far or something was on top of the slide when it went out..
just guessing

I'm just guessing, too... Was it your smoke detector? Ours made a couple trips outside after falling off the trailer ceiling and onto the top of the slide. Then when the slide went out, out it went. (Made for an exciting few minutes early one evening when it rained and set it off, outside and on the top of the slide. )
My todo list includes relocating it to a better location on the ceiling.
Only slightly related: When we set the trailer for camping, the slide side is a little 'down' and the trailer nose a little high. This keeps most of the water away from the seal.
