Water leaking??

Have trailer set up in driveway for kids to sleep in while visiting. Hooked up water for toilet and everything checked out. Discovered this morning that water was leaking from under trailer and it looks like its coming from a tube from the fresh water tank. This tube has no valve or anything to turn it off. How does city water fill up the fresh water tank?

If the check valve in the water pump is stuck. It allows water to bypass the pump and fill the fresh water until it overflows. Usually it resolves itself after running the pump a few times to loosen up and wet the seals. Drain the freshwater use the pump to “exercise” it and keep an eye on it to see if it stops filling it.

Edit: Turn off city water, flip any necessary valves and use the pump for a bit. Then turn off pump, put valves back to city water, switch back to city water supply, then keep an eye on it
