Water leaks delaminating wall

2013 Eagle Premier purchased used in Aug 18. Paid for the Platinum inspection package. No roof issues noted. Used trailer a couple of times and stored over winter outside. Go to get it ready for this year, notice black streaks and rippling inside over 1 window. Take to dealer for inspection, roof needs resealing, 6 hours of labour, ask why so long, whole roof needs to be done! ZERO issues to whole roof in 8 months! Anyway i'm having it fixed, question is how to repair the inside rippled and delaminated wall piece without destroying the interior

Thanks

Unfortunately all that paneling needs to come down and be replaced. If batt insulation, toss it. If foam board, let it air out. Treat any mold if present. Run ac, dehumidifier, fans for a week. Then replace materials. If foamboard, be sure to use a foam-friendly spray contact adhesive.

I resealed our roof on our 2016 24RKS. It took me a lot more than 6 hours to put eternabond and dicor on everything. What took most of the time was the cleaning of the areas that were to be resealed. I would guess that it took me 12 or 14 hours of time on the roof over several Saturdays of a few hours here and a few there.
