WFCO Converter door issue

The door catch on the converter unit of my Jayco does not work anymore. The door remains open all the time. I called WFCO and spoke to the technical department and they offered to send a free replacement part. This seems to be a known issue at WFCO but i'm happy with the outcome. I was hoping not to have to send my front panel in the mail to have it serviced under warranty.
