What's going on with Ford's service center?

Things is going really weird. I am trying to locate a Ford service center but not able to. Here is what I did:
- I called Ford Motorhome Customer Assistant Center 800-444-3311 and they told me they can only help on road side assistant, nothing else;
- Then I called again and the lady give me another phone no: 800-392-3673 which is Ford customer relationship then get another no 800-343-5338;
- Called again and they told me to go to https://fordcommercialvehiclecenter.com and search with zip code. Sure I did it and filter the result by "Motorhome Class C", good they give me a list of Ford dealers/service centers;
- I called #1, #2, #3 in that list and all of them said they can't help on my 29ft Class C, saying it is too big while from https://fordcommercialvehiclecenter.com, they have BAY LENGTH: 60' ( for example).

What's going on? If I knew it's so hard to locate a service center, I would seriously think about other RVs but it' too late.

Any one live in Bay area that with a Ford Chassis, can share the service center?

Fuel pump went out on our 2018 class c and a local Ford dealer took care of us under the Ford warranty. Some do not know it’s a E Series 450. When you say motorhome they shy away.

Could be door height and inside turning radius and not bay length. Also as RPR said they may not realize it's an E-450

You may try calling the local dealerships directly, thats how I found the nearest dealer that works on Class C here in central Ohio. The dealer needs a bay big enough for the vehicle. I started with my local small town dealer and worked my way outward, posing the question with each dealer "If you dont work on these vehicles, do you know what dealer does?". That led me to the closest one 65 miles away.

Angry follow up

So i eventually called 800-444-3311 which is the RV support center. The service guy at ford did all the calling and it took him about an hour. Eventually landed on Fairfield Ford which is 76 miles/2 hours away one way so 4 hrs RT driving plus $150 in gas.
